
Returns
Products once Sold cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds will be processed for any products. A product is only eligible for a return/exchange if it is damaged on delivery. Shanthi Feeds Private Limited will take the final decision on whether an item will be eligible for return, exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment in a few working days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Products on sale will not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged. If the required product is not available, we will exchange it for another item of your choice or refund you the total amount deducting shipping. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide you.
Customers are responsible for bearing packing & shipping costs for items returned back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns shipping are at senders risk, proper measures have to be taken by the customer while returning package.
